Motherhood is one of the most profound and transformative journeys a woman can take - yet, for many, it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, and emotionally depleting, leaving you feeling lost and exhausted.
I have developed an 8-week online program especially for mamas who are feeling emotionally vulnerable and burnt out. Whether you're a new mum or years into your motherhood journey, this program offers a compassionate space to come together with other mothers, and reconnect with your worth, reclaim your power, and reshape your self-care in alignment with your values.
Through live Zoom sessions with myself and other mamas, self-paced videos, reflective writing prompts, and meaningful activities, you’ll explore why motherhood can feel so hard, even when you’re doing your very best. You’ll unpack the myths and pressures that weigh heavily on mothers - from the “perfect mother” ideal to the roots of mum-guilt and the anger that often simmers beneath the surface. You'll have the opportunity to explore uncomfortable feelings as valid, natural responses - not personal failures.
But most importantly, you'll be introduced to a new way of thinking about self-care - one that is practical, guilt-free, and grounded in what matters most to you. At the end of the 8-week period, you’ll have created a personalised self-care toolkit that is flexible, nurturing, and empowering, and you’ll walk away with not only greater self-awareness and self-compassion, but also the tools to continue supporting your emotional wellbeing in the real, messy, and beautiful reality of motherhood.
